Physical Therapist
I grew up in NJ and moved to FL in 2018. I went to Rutgers University for my BS in Exercise Science and graduated in 2014. I graduated from the University of Miami in 2020 for my Master of Science in Education in Exercise Physiology and graduated with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2024 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
I have over a 10+ years of experience in physical therapy and strength and conditioning combined. I have worked with populations of all ages and backgrounds ranging from pediatrics, geriatrics, neurological conditions, and athletes including professionals in the NBA, NFL, and MLB.
I have had injuries in the past as well as the patients that I treat, and understand the difficulty that comes with the rehab process from the mental and physical side. But understanding to trust the healing process and the people that are trying to help, to get back to things patients want to and achieve things they never thought was possible before or even physically possible before. Helping patients understand their own anatomy and educating on how physical therapy can help them achieve their goals. I personally love to educate!
Everyone from the staff to the patients are extremely welcoming and friendly and you feel like you are part of a family from day one.
Specialization:
Physical therapy and strength and conditioning. I have extensive experience with active populations looking to increase performance in sport and athletics for all ages, backgrounds and sports. I believe, however, that even if a patient is not an athlete in a traditional sense of playing a sport or recreational activity, we are all athletes of life, trying to navigate the physical challenges of the day to day operations. We all must “perform” each day to a level that our bodies can handle and tolerate.
