We’re currently seeking an experienced, full-time Office Manager to join our growing team at our Hallandale Beach location. Position Requirements

  • This position will be treating a wide variety of patients. Must be comfortable working with different age demographics

  • Excellent patient engagement skills and a motivator for your patients
  • Ability to communicate well with patients and peers
  • Thrive on innovation – always looking for the next best thing to help your patients
  • Passionate about being a PT
  • Loyal to your peers – you’ve got their back and they’ve got yours
  • Proven financial planning and financial management skills
  • Knowledge of legal, medical, credentialing, and insurance compliance
  • Ability to direct a team of medical receptionists while managing the demands of providing patient care duties.
  • Compassionate, excellent at physical therapy duties and working with patients.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to delegate administrative and insurance-related tasks as required
  • Skilled at financial planning, budgeting, and staff management.
  • Able to lift 50lbs with some bending and squatting to assist patients.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Masters’s Degree

Experience

  • Three to five years of physical therapy office or office manager experience; significant interest and passion for healthcare leadership and building a small business
