Quadruped Rocking

This exercise will improve mobility and stability throughout your spine and hips.

Start on all fours with your hands and knees shoulder width apart. Spread your fingers and turn your elbow pockets forward and try to keep your elbows straight throughout the exercise. Curl your toes under and shift your body weight back into your heels. Then shift forward past your hands. Complete for 1-2 minutes.
