This exercise will improve stability throughout your upper body and core muscles.

Start on all fours with your hands and knees shoulder width apart. Spread your fingers and turn your elbow pockets forward and keep your elbows straight throughout the exercise. Curl your toes under and lift your knees slightly off the floor and hold for 10 seconds. Complete 3-5 times.
