This series is a great way to warm up your shoulders before working out or playing a sport.
Start by clasping your hands together. Push and pull the hands together and apart 10 times. Reverse your grip and repeat. Change hands back to start position and make 10 big circles away and 10 circles toward the body. Change grip and repeat. Then, complete the swimmers by bringing the elbows forwards 10 times and then backwards 10 times. Complete one more round with the reverse grip.
